Masterise Homes

Masterise Group was established in 2007 under the leadership of Ms. Đỗ Tú Anh, originally as Thảo Điền Investment Joint Stock Company, with its first success being the Masteri Thảo Điền luxury residential project in District 2 (delivered in 2014). In November 2019, Thảo Điền Investment changed its name to Masterise Group and launched the management brand for its projects, Masterise Home.

Compared to long-standing investors in the market such as Novaland, Keppel Land, Capitaland, CII, Sơn Kim Land, SSG Group, etc., the Masterise Homes brand is at a disadvantage in terms of operational duration. However, with capabilities, an understanding of customers, and the right direction, up to now, the developer Masterise Group has established a solid foothold in the market by successfully supplying over 10,000 apartments to the Ho Chi Minh City market.

The projects invested by the master investor Masterise Homes all share common characteristics: valuable location, high-class design, luxurious amenities, reasonable selling prices, and flexible sales policies. In addition, meeting the progress, construction quality, high service quality, and positive feedback from residents have helped the Masterise branded projects attract special attention and interest from customers and investors.
