Starting from the old houses built before 1975 and initial assets assigned by the Central Finance and Administration Committee, An Phu Company has now constructed, expanded, and developed them into luxurious, modern villas, office buildings, and upscale apartments.

More than 90% of An Phu customers are international organizations and foreigners who come to Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces to live and work. HISTORY

An Phu Company Limited (An Phu Company) has its predecessor as An Phu Production and Service Company, which was established on January 2nd, 1989, as a business entity under the Central Finance and Administration Committee. The main business activities of the company from January 1989 to August 1995 included commercial trading, direct import-export, tourism services, rental of houses, villas, and office spaces.

Within less than 7 years since the establishment, the company production and business scale continued to expand. The Prime Minister approved the proposal of the Central Finance and Administration Committee and authorized the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to issue Decision No. 09-QD/UB on August 14th, 1995, to establish An Phu Corporation based on the transformation of An Phu Production and Service Company. An Phu Corporation comprised 5 member companies, operating in diverse fields such as commercial trading, import-export, tourism services, rental of houses, villas, and office spaces, real estate business and development investment, construction, and project completion.

After more than 8 years of operation, following the government's direction, the Central Finance and Administration Committee issued Decision No. 952-QD/TCQT on December 1st, 2003, to convert An Phu Corporation into An Phu Company Limited (referred to as An Phu Company) with 03 functional departments and 03 branches.

In 2007, in compliance with Resolution No. 4 of the 10th Central Committee regarding the renovation of the organizational structure of Party, State, Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations, the Party Central Committee's Secretariat issued Announcement No. 146-TB/TW on April 1st, 2008, regarding the rearrangement of economic units under the Central Party Office. An Phu Company had the honor and pride of being one of the 03 enterprises under the Central Party Office. Since then, the company's business activities have focused on its strongest area, which is real estate business, primarily investing in the construction and rental of villas, apartments, and office spaces, as well as participating in joint ventures for other real estate projects.

The concentration of business activities in specific sectors has enabled the company to mobilize its resources for deeper investments, expansion, and improvement of service quality, thereby affirming its brand and position in the real estate rental market in Ho Chi Minh City.
